Auto -installer enables you to install LiteSpeed Web Server for usage with cPanel/WHM with only one script. The auto-installation script installs LSWS and our WHM Plugin, registers your license (or requests a trial license), and creates PHP with LSAPI to match \sthe existing EasyApache-built PHP.
This auto-installer may only be used for cPanel/WHM installs.
Make sure beforehand that all sites are operating well using Apache.
PHP must have been developed using EasyApache. LiteSpeed will construct its corresponding PHP (with LSAPI) based on this version of PHP.
The auto-installer script may be obtained from the control panel plugins download page or using the following commands:
# wget http://www.litespeedtech.com/packages/cpanel/lsws_whm_autoinstaller.sh
We need to grant authorization to install the litespeed:
# chmod a+x lsws_whm_autoinstaller.sh
Run the auto-installer script:
# ./lsws_whm_autoinstaller.sh
Activation of Litespeed License
1st step:
Visit https://portal.serverlicenses.com/index.php?rp=/login to access your account.
Step 2: From the services list, pick your Litespeed license.
Step 3: Select the license installation tab and copy the license activation code for your cPanel server.
Step 4: Login to ssh and paste the command that you copied from your client area
